Ordering & Artwork

Yes. Many of our products can be personalised directly through the website. Depending on the product, you may be able to upload your own image, add custom text, choose a font, select sizing options, adjust layouts, and preview your design before placing your order. This includes selected canvas prints, photo gifts, apparel, mugs, stickers, banners, and promotional items.

PDF is usually the preferred format for print-ready artwork. High-resolution JPEG and PNG files are also accepted, ideally at 300 dpi or higher. For logos and vector-based designs, AI, EPS, or editable design files are recommended.

Low-resolution images may print blurry or pixelated, so it’s always best to upload the highest-quality file you have.

Yes. If you need help setting up your artwork or creating a professional design, Maitcomp can assist with design support. Design services may carry an additional fee, depending on what is required.

Yes. Many products can be produced in standard or custom sizes, including canvas prints, stickers, vinyl, PVC banners, signage boards, and selected large-format print items.

Yes. You can request a quote before placing your order. Simply send through your product details, sizes, quantities, artwork requirements, and any finishing options you need. Maitcomp will then provide pricing and estimated turnaround times.
If the uploaded artwork is too small, blurry, or low-resolution, the final print may not look sharp. Maitcomp is not responsible for poor print results caused by low-quality or incorrect artwork supplied by the customer. If you’re unsure, it’s best to ask the team to check your file before production begins.

You can order vinyl labels, peel-and-stick designs, adhesive vinyl stickers, custom-sized vinyl, and Contravision window graphics. Depending on the product, pricing may be based on size, length, width, quantity, or square metre coverage.

Delivery & Turnaround

Production time depends on the product type, quantity, artwork requirements, and finishing options. Standard turnaround is usually between 2 and 7 business days. Urgent orders may be possible, but this should be confirmed before placing the order.
Yes. Maitcomp offers delivery across South Africa. Delivery costs depend on your location, order size, and courier requirements. Local Cape Town orders may qualify for faster delivery options, depending on availability.

Payments, Refunds & Support

Maitcomp accepts EFT and card payments through secure payment gateways. Other payment arrangements may be available for bulk or corporate orders. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins.
Orders can only be cancelled before production has started. Once your order has moved into production, cancellations and refunds are generally not available due to the custom nature of printed products.
Because most Maitcomp products are custom-made or personalised, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. If there is an issue with your order, contact Maitcomp as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the problem. Valid claims may be resolved through a replacement, correction, or refund where appropriate.
