Maitcomp Printers is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Custom quotes are based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. If the product, size, quantity, artwork, material, finishing, or delivery requirements change, the quote may need to be revised.
Quotes are not confirmed orders until payment or an agreed deposit has been received.
Full payment or an agreed deposit must be received before production begins.
Maitcomp Printers may accept payment by EFT, card payment, or other approved payment methods.
Orders will only move into production once payment has cleared or proof of payment has been accepted.
For large, bulk, or corporate orders, specific payment terms may be arranged in writing.
Customers are responsible for supplying correct, print-ready artwork unless design services have been requested.
For best results, artwork should be supplied in a high-resolution format. Preferred file formats include:
Artwork should be supplied at 300 dpi where possible, especially for photo-based printing.
Maitcomp Printers is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution, pixelated, incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable files supplied by the customer.
Where a live preview, digital proof, or artwork approval is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to check all details carefully before approving the order.
This includes spelling, layout, photo placement, sizing, colours, dates, names, logos, and all other custom details.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
Maitcomp Printers may offer design assistance, artwork setup, or layout support where required.
Design services may carry an additional fee and must be confirmed before work begins.
Design work remains the property of Maitcomp Printers until paid for in full.
By submitting artwork, photos, logos, text, or designs to Maitcomp Printers, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use and print the supplied content.
Maitcomp Printers is not responsible for copyright infringement, trademark issues, or legal claims relating to content supplied by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse to print material that is illegal, offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or infringes on another person’s rights.
Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, artwork quality, material availability, and finishing requirements.
Standard turnaround is usually between 2 and 7 business days, unless otherwise confirmed.
Urgent or rush orders may be accepted where possible and may carry an additional fee.
Production times begin only once payment has been received and artwork has been approved.
Maitcomp Printers offers delivery across South Africa where available.
Delivery times and costs depend on your location, order size, courier service, and product type.

Maitcomp Printers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies, incorrect delivery details, strikes, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received.
Risk passes to the customer once the order has been collected, delivered to the customer, or handed over to the courier service.
Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.
Once production has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund because materials, printing, setup, and labour costs may already have been incurred.
Due to the custom nature of printed and personalised products, Maitcomp Printers does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has started.
Refunds, replacements, or corrections may only be considered where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed due to an error by Maitcomp Printers.
Customers must report any issue within 7 days of receiving the order and provide clear photos and order details.

Printed colours may vary slightly from colours displayed on a screen. This is because screens and printers use different colour systems.
Slight variations in colour, trimming, sizing, material texture, or finish are considered normal within printing tolerances and are not treated as defects unless the final product is significantly different from the approved artwork or confirmed order.
If a customer provides their own garments, products, or materials for printing, Maitcomp Printers will take reasonable care during the printing process.
However, customer-supplied items are printed at the customer’s own risk. Maitcomp Printers will not be responsible for replacing customer-supplied items if they are damaged during printing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While we do our best to ensure that all pricing and product information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a website error, Maitcomp Printers reserves the right to correct the price, cancel the order, or contact the customer before proceeding.
Maitcomp Printers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Where liability applies, it will be limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
