Which foam board size should you choose?

A3 — 297 × 420mm

A3 works well for tabletop signs, small menus, reception notices and displays that people read nearby. Keep the wording short so your message is easy to see.

A2 — 420 × 594mm

A2 offers more space for photographs and text. Consider it for a small welcome sign, presentation board or promotional display on a counter or stand.

A1 — 594 × 841mm

A1 is a useful option for event welcome signs, seating plans and exhibition displays. It gives you room for a clear heading and supporting information. For seating plans, check that guest names remain readable before approving your artwork.

A0 — 841 × 1189mm

• Space around the edges
